At Hi Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may need to make a return or exchange. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns and exchanges. Please review the following details carefully.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on all unopened Hi Life products for up to 3 days from the date of delivery. For returns and exchanges, make sure that the product is unused, properly packaged and should reach us in the original condition. Contact our customer support to check your eligibility for the return or exchange of any order.

Time Period for Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team immediately upon delivery & receiving of the Package & Products. Our representative will write back to confirm the receipt and get any additional details within 3 business days. Upon your request, we will fully examine the situation, figure out the most efficient and convenient solution to it and notify you within a reasonable time.

Condition of the Product

For a return or exchange to be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories or promotional items.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    2. The reason for the return or exchange

  3. Packaging the item: Once you receive the return or exchange authorization, carefully package the item to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

  4. Ship the item back to us: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the shipping cost for the return or exchange will be your responsibility unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part.

Refund or Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you in 1-2 days.
